FD watch – John Taylor

John Taylor has been appointed group finance director of Maxima Holdings, the integrated IT solutions and managed services provider.
He will join the board of the company on 1 July 2008.
Taylor replaces Linda Andrews who will remain with Maxima Holdings as corporate finance director on a part-time basis.
Taylor was previously FD of Alfred McAlpine Business Services.
