Article 10 sales force gets extra help
by Catherine Woods - Tuesday, 11th March 2008 -
Entrepreneurial design agency Article 10 is improving its sales team's client presentations to ensure the business stays afloat as the economy slows down.
Managing director Lyndon Nicholson explains: “It’s all about presentations. When you’re putting your people on the road, you want to give them every chance that a visit will convert to revenue – either closing the deal or increasing the size of the deal.”
Article 10 already works with clients to improve their sales collateral but now offers the service in-house.
“We try to help our people put across their services in the best kind of light and in a manner that means the audience will remember the presentation,” Nicholson says.
“Usually that involves us creating the presentations for them and then we do some sales training and some presentation training.”
