Countdown to Human Capital Awards

O’Dea is the director of Ashfield Young Offenders Institute and was credited with turning around the troubled prison.

Nominations are now open for this year’s awards, which will be held on Tuesday 21 October 2008 at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.

We’re looking for people and HR-led programmes that have made a difference to the performance and profitability of organisations across the UK.
