Indra Nooyi on how successful business women can manage feelings of guilt

Indra Nooyi was asked how to manage the guilt felt by many successful business women.
She had four pieces of advice.
One, marry the right guy. (And there is no process or manual for that.)
Co-opt your secretary and others within the organisation - which she terms as the "eco-system."
If you have a family, be nice to them. She received "incredible" amounts of support from family members.
And, at some point, get over it. "Guilt has to be dropped at somestage. There is a tipping point."
