Unanimis founder's passion for people

Ibrahimi launched the company in April 2001 and four key staff members (Ibrahimi calls them co-founders) joined shortly after. All five are still in the business.

Unanimis has experienced explosive growth during the past few years and most recent turnover was £17m.

There’s an options programme for staff in place at Unanimis and Ibrahimi says 16 people currently have a growing stake in the business.

Like most entrepreneurs, Ibrahimi has a passion to succeed but it seems he takes just as much satisfaction from developing the people in his business.

“We’re close to our first Unanimis marriage,” he adds proudly.
