Tom Gorman
by Melissa Hancock - Monday, 10th March 2008
Melissa Hancock talks to Tom Gorman who initially banned homeworking as he didn't believe it would be effective. However, he eventually succumbed to the needs of his workforce: "Half the women have kids. They wanted flexibility. Email is the most important method of communication in our work, so I knew it was possible to work from anywhere."
To his delight, he has found productivity is the same, and loyalty to his firm has increased.
