At least one UK business reckons that Canadian bureaucracy is worse than any other territory. But that shouldn't dissuade you. Canada has a transparent economy, is welcoming to immigrants and newcomers, and a very pleasant quality of life.
Specialist labelling company Silver Fox supplies the telecoms, oil and petrochemical industries, and chairman Nick Michaelson says that working in Canada is all about relationships: “It’s really important to go over on a number of occasions to talk to people and build long-term connections. It’s not a five-minute decision process.”
