How we took iPulse global

It sounds painful, but intense pulsed light is one of the big mothers in the world of hair removal. Kevin Smith built his successful global business on the back of well-trained distributors and a website that really delivered his international ambitions.

"Our distributors are all thoroughly trained in the use of our products. In fact, we issue a certificate to prove that they have attended our seminars and are qualified to use the i-Pulse. We have a training room in St Paul’s, London which allows international distributors to fly in easily, and hold two or three training events per month

"We have also spent around £15,000 on our website where our distributors can access CyDen bulletins in their own language, as well as download clinical papers and product literature. It only took us a few months to develop, but it has been extremely useful as it keeps all our partners informed regardless of their different time zones."
