FD watch

New finance directors have been appointed at Kofax, Litho Supplies, Capital & Regional and Hyder.

Jean Drouffe has been appointed finance director at AXA Insurance following a reorganisation of the business. Drouffe joined AXA UK in 2004 as head of financial risk management.

Daniel Lende
r has been appointed finance director of Kofax. He replaces Stefan Gaiser, who is moving to an acquisitions and integration role within the technology company. Lender was most recently chief financial officer at software house QAD.

Simon Wellings
has been appointed finance director and company secretary of printing industry supplier Litho Supplies. Wellings was previously head of finance and company secretary at Framing Solutions. He replaces Gerry Mitchell.

Charles Staveley has been appointed group finance director of co-investing property asset manager Capital & Regional. He takes over from William Sunnucks. Staveley joined the company in September 2007 as deputy finance director.

Russell Down has been appointed finance director of Hyder, the international advisory and design consultancy. He will join the company on 11 December 2008, replacing Simon Hamilton-Eddy who is retiring. Down is currently group head of finance and development.

Ken Hanna has resigned as chief financial officer of Cadbury. Hanna will leave the board in April 2009 after five years with the company. Cadbury says he intends to pursue a number of non-executive appointments.
