Lance Uggla is just the latest entrepreneur to top our 12th Hot 100

Lance Uggla has made it to the top of this year's Hot 100 of the UK's fastest-growing private companies.

He is in interesting company.

In 2007, the list was topped by Roger Butterworth of Expansys.

In 2006, Tom O'Donohoe and Mark Fitzgerald of MX Telecom were number one. (Astonishingly, this is their third year in the ranking.)
