Aims

This is the first initiative to really celebrate successful women and to nurture the next generation.

Through this initiative, we are raising the bar for women and creating tangible role models for young girls to aspire to.

We are developing opportunities for students through career advice, school visits and mentoring.

AIMS:

• We visualize a growing initiative with great scope for development. We are offering a project and programme that is totally unique and full of possibilities!

• Every July, we will appoint 10-20 ambassadors from the shortlists for the Women of the Future Awards, the First Women Awards and the Asian Women of Achievement Awards

• The women will be formally acknowledged and presented with their credentials at an annual ceremony in October.

• We have close relationships with 20 schools and we are developing this further.

• We can facilitate the initial meetings between schools and ambassadors

• We will conduct school visits and meetings to further understand their individual needs and potential projects

• If approved by the ambassadors, they can be contacted directly by the schools. The programme organizers should be involved in all communications so we can measure the success of the initiative.
