Table(s) for 10: £1,900 (+ £332.50 VAT) = £2,232.50
Table(s) for 12: £2,220 (+ £388.50 VAT) = £2,608.50
The ticket price includes a champagne reception and a three-course meal. Wine lists will be sent to you in advance allowing you to order direct from the venue.

Booking confirmation...
Confirmation of your booking and a VAT invoice will be sent to you shortly after receipt of your application form and payment. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within two weeks of making your application, please telephone us on 020 7368 7123.

Cancellations...
Cancellations received in writing before midday on March 5, 2008 will be subject to a 20% administration fee. All fees are forfeited thereafter.

In exceptional circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to change the programme without notice.
